Role:
Graphic Designer
I supported the development of social media content and campaign materials for national public health communications led by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
The work focused on improving how complex health information is communicated to the public by making content more engaging, visually approachable, and easier to digest across social media platforms.
In addition to ongoing informational content, the work also supported the national “Risk Less. Do More.” campaign promoting vaccination awareness ahead of respiratory virus season.

Work
Working within newly developed brand guidelines and creative briefs, I produced a wide range of digital assets designed for social media distribution and digital advertising.
For the HHS social media redesign, I created visual layouts for informational posts, evergreen content, and carousel graphics that communicated key public health messages. Collaborating with art directors and copywriters, I translated creative storyboards into production-ready assets optimized for both static publishing and motion design adaptation.
In addition to ongoing social media communications, I contributed design work for the national respiratory virus awareness campaign. This included the design of social media graphics, carousel posts, and digital advertisements promoting RSV vaccine awareness and seasonal health guidance. Campaign materials were developed for multiple audience groups and distributed across national digital channels as part of a broader public education effort encouraging vaccination and prevention.

RSV Campaign Awareness: Spanish Social Media
Outcome
The work supported HHS public health communications across multiple digital platforms in English and Spanish, helping translate complex medical information into accessible, engaging visual content for the general public.
Assets were used across official social media channels and digital advertising platforms as part of a coordinated national campaign designed to increase awareness of respiratory viruses and promote vaccination among at-risk populations.
Through both ongoing social media content and seasonal campaign materials, the work contributed to a broader effort to help individuals and families make informed health decisions during respiratory virus season.
